The U.S. Final AD Sunset-Review Injury Ruling on S-Korean & Taiwanese Welded Stainless-Steel Tubes

On November 17, 2011, the U.S. International Trade Commission made out a final ruling to continue anti-dumping (AD) duties on welded stainless-steel tubes originating in South Korea and Chinese Taiwan by holding the view that canceling such anti-dumping will result in persistence or resurgence of material injury to related U.S. industries in a foreseeable period.

The U.S. Dept. of Commerce launched the anti-dumping sunset-review probe in July 2011 and made an affirmative final ruling in October 2011.
