Indian AD Midterm-Review Probe into China's Sodium Tripolyphosphate

On September 22, 2011, at the request of TATA Chemicals Ltd, India's Ministry of Commerce & Industry launched antidumping (AD) mid-term review investigation into China's sodium tripolyphosphates, which are under HS Code 2835.3100.

The investigation period for dumping is from April 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011, and that for injury covers 2007/08 fiscal year, 2008/09 fiscal year, 2009/10 fiscal year and the dumping investigation period (from April 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011).
