Turkey Initiates Expiry Review on Chinese Taipei, Indian Polyester Textured Yarns

The Turkish Ministry of Economy, through Communiqué no. 2011/22 published in the Official Gazette dated 29th of November 2011 and numbered 28127, initiated an expiry review on anti-dumping duties on imports of polyester textured yarns originating from India and Chinese Taipei. Interested parties may register themselves within 37 days from the issuance of the Communiquè.
