Egyptian AD Sunset-Review Probe into China's Pencils & Color Pens

Recently, Egyptian Ministry of Trade and Industry released a notice on the launch of antidumping (AD) sunset-review investigation into China-made pencils and color pens, and the dumping investigation period is from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011. Egypt made the final ruling on the former trial on Nov. 24, 2011, deciding to levy antidumping duties for 5 years.

In May 2007, the country took the first sunset review, deciding to maintain original antidumping duties.
