The U.S. Enterprises Demand Two-Anti Probe on China's Wind Towers

On Dec. 29, 2011, U.S. Wind Tower Trade Coalition applied to the U.S. Ministry of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission for launching combined anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation into utility scale wind towers imported from China and Vietnam.

It is predicted that the Department of Commerce will decide whether to accept the application or not before January 18, 2012.

The involved products are under U.S. HS code 7308.20.0020.
