The U.S. Keeps AD Duties on Chinese Furfuryl Alcohol
[2012-01-29 11:32:59]
Through its sunset-review ruling on Jan. 20, the U.S. International Trade Commission states that the U.S. will go on levying anti-dumping (AD) duties on China-made furfuryl alcohol, an organic chemical material used for making plasticizers, dyestuffs and synthetic fibers.
The Commission says that the existing anti-dumping duties at 43.54%-50.43% remain effective because the furfuryl alcohol from China remains injurious to related U.S. industries in foreseeable time.
