India Final AD Sunset-Review Ruling on China's POYs

On Feb. 10, 2012, India Ministry of Commerce & Industry made a final ruling of antidumping (AD) sunset review on China-made pre-oriented yarns (POY), deciding to continue the antidumping duties at USD 545.22 per ton.

The involved products are under HS code 5402.42.

In Feb. 2011, India launched the antidumping sunset review investigation.
