India AD Probe on Chinese Electric Insulators

On April 9, 2012, requested by Indian companies, India Ministry of Commerce & Industry launched an anti-dumping (AD) probe into China-made electrical insulators made from ceramics or glasses, which are under HS Code 8546.

The period for dumping investigation is January 1-December 31 of 2011; the period for injury investigation includes April 2008-March 2009, April 2009-March 2010, April 2010-March 2011 and the dumping investigating period (January 1-December 31 of 2011).
