EU Final AD Sunset-Review Ruling on Chinese Tartaric Acid

On April 24, 2012, the EU made a final ruling of antidumping (AD) sunset review on the tartaric acid from China under HS Code 29181200.
The EU launched the antidumping probe in October 2004 and made its affirmative final ruling in January 2006.
