Chinese High-Pressure Steel Cylinder Faces U.S. Anti-dumping Duties

Chinese high-pressure steel cylinder makers will be imposed on two more custom duties including anti-dumping duty within a range from 6.62% to 31.21% and countervailing duty of 15.81% pursuant to US Department of Commerce on May 1st.

Statistics from US Department of Commerce shows that the figure of total import value of high-pressure steel cylinder from China has been climbed all the way from around 29 million dollars in 2009 to more than 81.7 million dollars by 2011, gaining a growth rate of more than 180% within 3-year period.
