India Final AD Ruling on China's Grinding Balls

On May 22, 2012, India's Ministry of Commerce & Industry made an anti-dumping (AD) ruling on grinding balls originating in China and Thailand, which are under HS Code 73259100, as shown below.

In May 2011, India started to probe the Chinese and Thai dumping.
