Turkey Takes AD Sunset Review on Chinese Fabrics

On June 13, 2012, Turkey Ministry of Economy issued its Announcement No. 28322-2012/13 deciding to conduct an antidumping (AD) sunset review on synthetic and artificial fiber fabrics made in China under HS Codes 55.13, 55.14, 55.15, 55.16.

The interested parties should submit completed questionnaires to Turkish investigating authority within 37 days from June 13.
