EU Announces Coming AD Expiry on Chinese Ferrosilicon

On June 26, 2012, the European Commission announced that EU antidumping (AD) measures on ferrosilicon from China, Egypt, Kazakhstan and Russia will expire on March 1, 2013 and the EU enterprises should submit their petition for a sunset review from the announcement date till three months before the formal expiry date.

The relevant HS Codes are 72022100, 72022910, and 72022990.

The EU started the antidumping probe In November 2006 and made an affirmative final ruling in February 2008.
