EU-Altered Final AD Ruling on Chinese Ceramic Tiles

On June 29, 2012, the European Commission announced levying an antidumping (AD) duty at 30.6% on Onna Ceramic Industries (China) Co., Ltd. that is applying for treatment as a new exporter.

The EU launched its antidumping probe on China-made ceramic tiles in June 2010 and made its affirmative final ruling in September 2011.
