Peru to Quit AD on Chinese Surfboards on July 28

Recently, Peru's INDECOPI authority has noticed China's diplomatic organ that Peruvian antidumping (AD) duty on China-made surfboards will be removed from July 28, 2012 because the three-year antidumping measure will expire then and Peruvian enterprises have not petitioned for review within a time limit.

The antidumping case launched in September 1999, and the antidumping duty was ruled in June 2000;

A review launched in March 2008, and in July 2009, the antidumping duty was ruled to continue 3 years until July 27, 2012.
