EU May Take AD on Chinese Photovoltaic Cells

According to the WSJ news, on July 25, German Solarworld company petitioned formally the European Commission to start an antidumping (AD) probe into China-made photovoltaic cell panels, so the Commission will make a decision within 45 days on whether to build the antidumping case and will, if in the affirmative, levy an antidumping duty within 9 months earliest.

Plus U.S. antidumping and anti-subsidy actions, Chinese photovoltaic industry are now under serious external pressure.
