U.S. Initial AD Ruling on Steel-Wire Hangers from Taiwan & Vietnam

On July 27, 2012, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced its preliminary antidumping (AD) ruling on steel-wire hangers made in Chinese Taiwan and Vietnam, as follows:

The Department is scheduled to give its final antidumping rulings respectively in October 2012 and December 2012 on the Taiwanese and Vietnamese hangers, and the U.S. International Trade Commission will correspondingly make its final industrial injury rulings in November 2012 and in January 2013.
On January 18, 2012, the Department started the antidumping probe under HS Codes 73239990.60, 73239990.80 and 73262000.20, along with its anti-subsidy probe into the Vietnamese hangers.
