Canada Inquires Injury by Chinese Steel Pipe Piles

On August 3, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced that it starts an inquiry about industrial injury by the steel pipe piles from China under Canadian antidumping and anti-subsidy and it will give a final injury ruling on November 30.

On May 4, 2012, the Canada Border Services Agency started the double-anti probe under HS Codes 73063000.14, 73063000.19, 73063000.24, 73063000.29, 73063000.34, 73063000.39.

On August 2, 2012, the Agency made its double-anti preliminary rulings with 78.4%-96.2% antidumping duties and 8.2%-13.9% anti-subsidy duties on Chinese enterprises involved.
