South Korea Final AD Ruling on Chinese POY

Recently, South Korea's financial ministry issued a No. 296 decree to continue a two-year antidumping (AD) duty on polyester pre-oriented yarns (POY) from China at the duty rate of 6.26%.

On July 21, 2011, the Korean ministry decided to conduct an antidumping sunset review on China-made POY at the request of SEONGAN and TK companies.
