Biggest EU Antidumping on Chinese Photovoltaic Products

The EU has now started its antidumping probe into crystalline silicon cells, components and wafers originating in China.

China MOFCOM says the value involved totals USD 20.4 billion, making up 57% of Chinese photovoltaic export value, as the biggest trade litigation by the EU against China so far.

By estimate, the EU will make its final ruling by December 2013.
