South Korea AD Final Ruling on Chinese POY

Recently, South Korea's financial ministry decided, in its decree no. 296, to levy a two-year antidumping (AD) duty on Polyester Pre-Oriented Yarn (POY) from China at the duty rate of 6.26%.

On July 21, 2011, the Korean ministry started the antidumping sunset review at the request of Korean SEONGAN and TK companies.
