Brazil AD Probe on Bike Tires from China

 
On September 6, 2012, Brazil's state foreign-trade secretariat announced starting an antidumping (AD) probe into bike tires from China under HS Code 40115000.

As China is not regarded as a market economy, the Brazilian authority chooses Vietnam-made products to calculate the normal value of the Chinese products.

Enterprises involved should send back questionnaires with their answers within 40 days from questionnaire sending dates; other interested parties can apply for participating in the probe within 20 days from the announcement date.
