EU AD Duties on Color-Coated Steel Sheets from China

 
According to China MOFCOM news, on September 19, the EU made a preliminary antidumping (AD) ruling on color-coated steel sheets from China, with interim antidumping duties imposed at lowest 13.2% and highest 57.8% respectively.

According to the ruling, few Chinese steel makers are subject to 30% or less, many big enterprises, like Ansteel and Baosteel, are imposed with the rate of 42.5%.

The products are under EU HS codes 72107080, 72124080, 72259900, and 72269970 covering more-than-600mm-wide color-coated non-alloy steels, less-than-600mm-wide color-coated non-alloy steels, more-than-600mm-wide color-coated alloy steels, and less-than-600mm-wide color-coated alloy steels respectively.
