U.S Admin-Review Ruling on Steel Nails from China

On Sept. 4, U.S. Department Of Commerce announced its preliminary ruling for antidumping (AD) administrative review on steel nails from China, in which imposing 0.00%-118.04% antidumping duties on Chinese enterprises involved.

On July 10, 2007, the U.S. Dept. started the antidumping probe into Chinese steel nails under HS Codes 73170055, 73170065 and 73170075;

On June 9, 2008, the Dept. finally ruled Chinese dumping margin at 0.00%-118.04%;

On Oct. 3, 2011, the Dept. started its third administrative review on this case.
