India Sunset Review on Suspension PVC

 
On October 5, India authority started an antidumping (AD) sunset review on suspension-polymerized polyvinyl chlorides (PVC) (HS Code 3904) from China, Chinese Taiwan, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, and the U.S., at the request of DCW Limited (DCW), Chemplast Sanmar Limited (Chemplast), Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd. (DCM).

The dumping probe period is April 1, 2011-March 31, 2012, and the injury probe period includes fiscal years of 2008/09, 2009/10, 2010/11 and the dumping probe period.
