U.S. AD Duties on Silicomanganese from China & Ukraine

Reportedly, on October 11, the U.S. International Trade Commission gave a sunset review ruling that maintains the antidumping duties at the rate 139.49% on silico-manganese from China and Ukraine.

The American authority started its antidumping duties on Chinese silicomanganese from as early as June 1991, followed by several sunset reviews.

With U.S. trade protectionism ramping up, the Chinese government repeatedly reminds the U.S. of its commitments against trade protectionism and to rational settlement of trade frictions.
