U.S. Sunset-Review Ruling on China Foldable Gift Boxes

On October 26, U.S. Department of Commerce announced its preliminary antidumping sunset-review ruling on foldable gift boxes from China.
The U.S. antidumping measures should be maintained on such Chinese products and involved Chinese enterprises except Max Fortune Industrial Ltd. because revoking the antidumping order would still lead to the Chinese dumping that is "more than the negligible".
On March 19, 2001, the U.S. Commerce Department started the antidumping probe under HS Codes 48192000.40 and 48195040.60;
On November 20, 2001, the Commerce Department finally ruled antidumping duties at 1.67%-164.75% on Chinese enterprises involved;
On April 2, 2012, the Department started its second antidumping full sunset review on the case.
