China Takes Two-Anti Probe on EU Solar Polysilicon

 
On November 1, China Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) issued its annual Announcements No. 70 and 71 deciding to immediately launch antidumping and anti-subsidy probes into the solar-grade polysilicon from the EU, which are under Chinese HS Code 28046190, but excluding the electronic polysilicon used for semiconductor production.

The MOFCOM will, from the announcement date, investigate into the dumping and subsidy of the EU products and their injury to Chinese industry.
