Mexico Interim Review on China Seamless Steel Pipes

 
Recently, Mexico economic authority gave a notice that it has decided, in its preliminary ruling for antidumping interim review, to keep China-made seamless steel pipes under its current administrative review and its provisional antidumping duties as follows:

For the Chinese pipes below USD 2,317/ton in price, to levy the difference between its customs-evaluated import price and the referential USD 2,317/ton, but not more than USD 1,252/ton.

The products are under HS Codes 73041902, 73041999, 73043906 and 73043999.

Interested parties should submit opinions and evidences by 14:00, November 29, 2012.
