EU Takes Anti-Subsidy on China Photovoltaic Modules/Parts

 
On November 8, the EU authority started its anti-subsidy probe into crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and parts from China, at the request of EUProSun, under EU HS Codes ex38180010, ex85013100, ex85013200, ex85013300, ex85013400, ex85016120, ex85016180, ex85016200, ex85016300, ex85016400 and ex85414090.

This is the EU’s third anti-subsidy probe on China since 2012, besides its antidumping probe on China photovoltaic products from September 6, 2012.
