Mexico Takes Antidumping on China Seamless Steel Tubes

 
On November 21, Mexico economic authority announced starting its antidumping probe into seamless steel tubes from China, at the petition of Tubos de Acero de Mexico, S.A., under HS Codes 73041901, 73041904, 73041999, 73043101, 73043110, 73043199, 73043901, 73043905, 73043999.

The period under the dumping probe is April 1, 2011-March 31, 2012, and that of the injury probe is January 1, 2009-March 31, 2012;

The Mexican petitioner estimates the Chinese dumping margin at 150% on average;

Interested parties should submit written replies and relevant evidences by 14:00 p.m. January 16, 2013;

A public hearing for the case is expected to be held at 10:00 a.m. August 8, 2013.
