Australia Anti-Subsidy Probe on China Galvanized Sheets

On November 26, the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service announced starting Australian anti-subsidy probe into galvanized steel sheets and those with aluminum from China for the period of July 1, 2011-June 30, 2012.

The Chinese government and exporters are required to reply in writing to the Australian Customs questionnaire not later than January 7, 2013.

As per Australian law, the anti-subsidy probe should be finalized within 155 days.

In September, the Australian Customs also started an antidumping probe into those Chinese steel sheets.
