U.S. Final Admin Ruling on China Hot-rolled Carbon Steels

 
On November 21, 2012, U.S. Department of Commerce announced its final ruling for administrative review on hot-rolled carbon steel products from China, setting the Chinese general dumping margin at 90.83% and revoking the review on Baosteel Group Corporation, Shanghai Baosteel International Economic & Trading Co., Ltd. and Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd.

On September 28, 2001, the Department finally ruled the Chinese dumping margins at 64.20%-90.83%;

On December 30, 2011, the Department started its 6th administrative review on the case.
