U.S. 305.56% AD Duty on China Pure Magnesium

 
On December 3, 2012, U.S. Department of Commerce announced in an administrative final ruling that pure magnesium from China should be subjected to a general antidumping (AD) duty at 305.56%.

On November 14, 2000, the Commerce Department started the antidumping probe under HS Code 81043000;

On September 27, 2001, the Department finally ruled the Chinese dumping margins at 24.67%-305.56%;

On December 30, 2011, the Department started its second administrative review on the case.
