U.S. Anti-Subsidy on China Citric Acid & Citrate

 
On December 5, 2012, U.S. Department of Commerce announced in an administrative final ruling that Chinese makers of citric acid and citrate, including RZBC Co., Ltd., RZBC Juxian Co., Ltd., RZBC Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. and RZBC Group Shareholding Co., Ltd., had a subsidy rate of 5.27%.

On April 13, 2009, the Commerce Department gave an anti-subsidy ruling on the China citric acid and citrate under HS Codes 29181400.00, 29181510.00 and 29181550.00, setting the Chinese subsidy rates at 3.60%-118.95%;

On June 28, 2011, the Department started its second administrative review on the case.
