U.S. Anti-Subsidy Duty at 137.65% on China Aluminum Profiles

 
On December 13, 2012, the United States Department of Commerce announced that it has amended its anti-subsidy final ruling on aluminum profiles from China by changing the general duty rate from 374.15% to 137.65% as per the ruling by the U.S Court of International Trade.

On April 27, 2010, the Department of Commerce started the anti-subsidy probe into China aluminum profiles under HS Codes 76042100.00, 76042910.00, 76042930.10, 76042930.50, 76042950.30, 76042950.60, 76082000.30, 76082000.90, 761010, 761090, 761519, 761520, 761599;

On April 4, 2011, the Department finally ruled the anti-subsidy duty rates at 8.02%-374.15%.

On November 30, 2012, the U.S. Court of International Trade confirmed the anti-subsidy duty rate set by the Department of Commerce.
