Argentina Longer Antidumping on China Pesticides

On December 21, Argentina's economic ministry announced that it has terminated its antidumping review on China pesticides (Mercosur HS code 3808.91.95) and decided to prolong its definitive antidumping measures (FOB floor price) for three years as per its resolution no. 479 of 2006; the decision is effective from December 14, 2012.
