Thailand Final AD Duties on China Hot-Rolled Boron Coils

 　　
In December 2012, the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand made a final anti-dumping ruling to levy five-year anti-dumping duties on hot-rolled boron coils from China.

Therein, the anti-dumping duty rates on Wuhan Steel and Iron Company Limited and Rizhao Steel Holding Group Co., Ltd. are 14.27% and 19.47% on other enterprises from China.

The HS Codes involve 7225.3000, 7225.4000, 72269110 and 72269190.

In July 2011, Thailand started the anti-dumping probe on China.
