Argentina Probes China Phenolic Plywood Dumping

On January 2, 2013, Argentina's economy ministry issued the No.187 Resolution of 2012, deciding to start an anti-dumping investigation on phenolic plywood from China, Brazil and Uruguay under Mercosur HS Code 4412.32.00.

According to the Argentine announcement, the relevant interested parties can submit comments and opinions on Argentina selecting Brazil as the substitution of market economy within 10 workdays from January 3, 2013.
