Australia Cancels New-Exporter Review on China Longkou Conglin Aluminum Co.

 
On January 4, 2013, Australia Customs announced that it has decided to cancel the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy new-exporter review for Longkou Conglin Aluminum Co., Ltd. from China because the company refused cooperation with the Customs.

Therefore, the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy duty rates on this company are 25.7% (anti-dumping rate ) and 18.4% (anti-subsidy rate) applied to the selected non-cooperating exporters.

The HS Codes involve 76041000, 76042100, 76042900, 76081000, 76082000, 76101000 and 76109000.

In June 2009, Australia Customs initiated anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation on section aluminum originating in China. In October 2010, Australia made affirmative final ruling on this case.

In November 2012, Australia started the new-exporter review on the Longkou Congli Aluminum Co.
