India Cancels Antidumping on China Recordable Discs

 
On October 3, 2012, India made final ruling for anti-dumping sunset review on recordable compact discs from China, Chinese Hong Kong, Chinese Taiwan, and Singapore, judging that the involved products did not have dumping behavior anymore, and therefore the anti-dumping measures are to terminated now; the HS Code is 85239050.

In April 2006, India initiated the anti-dumping investigation. In April 2007, India made affirmative final ruling on this case. In October 2011, India initiated its anti-dumping sunset review.
