U.S. Alters Admin Ruling on China Petrol Tube Dumping

 
On February 7, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced that it has altered its ruling results for the antidumping administrative review on petroleum tubular goods from China, cutting the dumping margin from 172.54% down to 162.69% for the involved Jiangsu Chengde Steel Tube Share Co., Ltd., Taizhou Chengde Steel Tube Co., Ltd., and Yangzhou Chengde Steel Tube Co., Ltd.

On May 5, 2009, the Commerce Dept. launched the antidumping and anti-subsidy probes under HS Codes below:

On June 28, 2011, the Dept. started its 1st antidumping administrative review, and on December 17, 2012, made its final administrative ruling.
