U.S. Alters Admin Ruling on China Polyester Film Dumping

 
On February 8, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced that it has altered its ruling results for the antidumping administrative review on China polyester film, cutting the dumping margin from 8.48% down to 0.27% for the involved FUWEI FILMS(SHANDONG)CO., LTD., and cutting from 8.48% down to 0.0% for Shaoxing Xiangyu Green Packing Co., Ltd.

On December 28, 2010, the Commerce Dept started its 2nd administrative review on the case under HS Code 39206200.90.

On March 12, 2012, the Dept announced its final administrative ruling.
