Canada Probes China Aluminum Unit Curtain Walls Again

 
On March 4, 2013, Canada Border Services Agency issued an announcement to start anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation on aluminum-made structures from China, HS Codes including 76101000.20, 76109010.90 and 76109090.90.

On July 16, 2012, the Agency made anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation on aluminum unit curtain walls from China. On September 18, 2012, the Agency announced that it would terminate these two-anti investigations as the Chinese curtain walls had no damage or threat to the domestic industries of Canada.
