India Final Sunset-Review on China Flat Wheels

On February 20, 2013, India's Department of Commerce and Industry finally made an anti-dumping sunset-review ruling on flat wheels from China (see the table below). The HS Code concerned is 8708.70. 

For this case, India sent questionnaire to 13 Chinese enterprises but only received one reply from Zheng Xing Wheel Group Co., Ltd. 

In May 2006, India initiated the anti-dumping investigation; in November 2007, India made an affirmative final ruling. In February 2012, India started the anti-dumping sunset review.
