U.S. Rules Injury by China Drawn Stainless-Steel Sinks

 
On March 21, 2013, the United States International Trade Commission announced in its final ruling that the drawn stainless-steel sinks from China inflicted material injury on American industry through their dumping and subsidy.

According to the affirmative ruling, the U.S. Department of Commerce will issue anti-dumping and anti-subsidy duty orders on the involved products.

On March 22, 2012, the Department of Commerce decided to initiate anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations on the Chinese drawn sinks under HS Code 73241000.00; on February 20, 2013, the Department made its final ruling.
