The U.S. Admin Ruling on China Uncovered Innerspring Units

On March 22, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced its final ruling of anti-dumping administrative review on Uncovered Innerspring Units from China, affirming that the dumping margin of China’s Tai Wa Hong Group was 234.51%.

On January 23, 2008, the Department of Commerce initiated the anti-dumping investigation under HS Codes 94042990.10, 73202050.10, 73209050.10, 73262000.70 and 94041000.00.

On December 29, 2008, the Department ruled the Chinese dumping margins from 164.75% to 234.51%.

On March 30, 2012, the Department made the 3rd administrative review.
