Mexico Probes China Juicers Dumping

 
Recently, Mexico's economic ministry announced that the Mexican authority has accepted the request from Man de México S.A.de C.V. and Lamex Mexicana S.A. de C.V. for starting an antidumping probe into China-made juicers of not more than 900 watts for household or commercial use (except industrial use) under HS Code 85094001.

The requesters intend to use the Brazil-made products for calculation of the normal value of the China-made, appealing for an average dumping margin of 210.68%.

The dumping probe period is from January 1, 2012 till December 31, 2012; the injury probe period is from January 1, 2010 till December 31, 2012.

The answer submission deadline is 14:00 pm, September 19, 2013;
The public hearing will be held at 10:00 am, April 3, 2014;
The submission of defense materials will expire on April 10, 2014.
