EU Probes China Liaocheng City Zhonglian Industry Co.

On August 28, at the request of Liaocheng City Zhonglian Industry Co. Ltd, the EU started an antidumping review for this Chinese company regarding China-made trichloro-isocyanuric acid (TCCA) under EU HS Codes ex29336980 and ex38089420.
The Chinese company points out that it did not export TCCA to the EU in the investigatory period of April 1, 2003-March 31, 2004 and had no association with other Chinese exporters involved.
In July 2004, the EU launched the antidumping investigation; In October 2005, the EU made its affirmative ruling on the case.
