India AD Duties on China Ductile Cast Iron Pipes

On September 4, India's commerce ministry made an antidumping (AD) sunset review ruling on ductile cast iron pipes from China:

Revoking the existing antidumping duty order will likely lead to increase in the import from China and lead to material injury to Indian domestic industry, so the antidumping duties concerned should be sustained as below: USD 127.40/ton on XinXing Cast Iron Pipe Company Ltd. and USD 139.79/ton on other Chinese companies.

The HS Codes involved are 73030030 and 73030090.

Therein, Saint Gobain (Xuzhou) Pipelines Co. Ltd. responded legally.

In August 2007, India gave an affirmative ruling on the case, and in September 2012, India started the antidumping sunset review.
